You can request a Customer Account using three different methods:

1. By clicking on the OPEN A NEW ACCOUNT located in the Tool Bar on the top of your screen, in the "Welcome to the ALBANUS web site" page.

2. When you check out. Please click first on the NEW ACCOUNT icon, and fill the form on the next page. Both on-line method will provide you with an Account Number, and you will have to select a Password.

3. By sending your request by email to ALBANUS, and giving the relevant information.

If the information provided is insufficient, you will be contacted by email, with a request for the missing elements. Such information is needed to provide good service.

ALBANUS is reserving the right to refuse a Customer Account without explanation, and may cancel such account at any time, and without notice.

ALBANUS is not responsible for errors and inaccuracies included in a Customer Account, as such information is provided by the customer hin(her)self.

This information will NEVER be provided to individuals or organizations. The stogage of this information is made according to the methods currently used in commercial transactions.
