The Clergy Training provided by the Liberal Catholic Church, is reserved to the members of that Church, not because of some kind of exclusivity, but because of a shortage in volunteer teachers. For the same reason, priority is given to the candidates to the Holy Orders.

The formal training is divided in four years of study, each year having two Semesters. At the completion of every Semester, written Assignments are to be completed before access is given to the material of the following Semester.

The Courses are offered free of charges, exclusively on the internet. The institute expects its students to secure a reliable access to this facility, through personal equipment, or the services of public libraries or so-called "Cyber caffee".
