News The Rev. Dennis Bryan was ordained to the priesthood on February 15, 1998 in Rio Rancho (U.S.A.) by Rt. Rev. W. Downey. Rt. Rev. Arnoldo Martín Salzmann was consecrated to the Epsicopate by the Presiding Bishop on April 5, 1998 in Mendoza, Argentina. The Very Rev. Pedro Oliveira has been appointed Vicar-General for the Province of Brazil. Rev. Ian Westby and Rev. David Roy Davies were ordained to the priesthood on 22 August 1998 in the chapel at Royal Holloway, Egham, United Kingdom by Rt. Rev. R. Palmer. The Rt. Rev. James White is to be consecrated to the Episcopate on 4 October 1998 in Australia. The next Australian Congress will be held from January 8 to 12, 1999 at Glen College, La Trobe University, in Melbourne. The Rt. Rev. Jesus Alberto Rosenberg Cohen is to be consecrated to the Episcopate during the All-Spanish Congress in Bogotá in July 1999. The next General Episcopal Synod and accompanying International Clerical Synod is to be held in the year 2000 in Winchester, United Kingdom. |
