	The next Australian Congress will be held from January 8 to 12, 1999 at Glen College, La Trobe University, in Melbourne.
	The Rt. Rev. Jesus Alberto Rosenberg Cohen is to be consecrated to the Episcopate during the All-Spanish Congress in Bogotá in July 1999.
